Guide for Guests

1. Creating Your Account

To get started, click "Sign Up" and register using your email. Be sure to select the "Guest" role. This will give you access to book stays and manage your trips.

2. Finding the Perfect Stay

Use our powerful search bar on the homepage. You can search by location, travel dates, and the number of guests. On the listings page, use filters to narrow down properties by price, amenities, and more.

3. Understanding a Listing

Each listing page provides detailed information, including photos, a description, a list of amenities, house rules, reviews from past guests, and a map of the area.

4. Booking a Property

Once you've found a place you love, select your dates and number of guests in the booking widget and click "Reserve." You'll be taken to a confirmation page to review the price breakdown before you finalize your payment.

5. After You Book

After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details, including the host's contact information. You can manage your upcoming and past trips in your Profile under the "My Bookings" tab.

Guide for Hosts

1. Becoming a Host

When you sign up, select the "Host" role. This will grant you access to the Host Dashboard, where you can create and manage your property listings.

2. Creating a Great Listing

From your dashboard, click "Add New Listing." Provide high-quality photos, a detailed and inviting description, an accurate list of amenities, your house rules, and competitive pricing. Our AI tools can help you write a compelling description!

3. Managing Your Listing

Keep your calendar up-to-date to avoid double bookings. You can adjust your pricing for different seasons or days of the week. Respond to guest inquiries promptly to maintain a high response rate.

4. Handling Bookings

You'll be notified when a guest books your property. All the booking details will appear in your Host Dashboard under "Recent Bookings."

5. Getting Paid

We process your payout after the guest has successfully checked in. Payouts are sent to your designated method and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
